Operations Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a multi-state law firm, the full-time Operations Support Specialist will process SCRA/BK checks, perform quality control reviews, and prepare affidavits while working remotely from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Key responsibilities Run and confirm SCRA/BK checks via automation and perform quality control of uploads to client systems Prepare affidavits and detailed foreclosure chronologies while managing client communications regarding timelines Assist with process improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments on performance summaries Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or three years of default-related experience Basic knowledge of foreclosure processes preferred Experience with client systems, Excel, and Word Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively Commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
