Lead a hands-on warehouse team, operate equipment, and keep daily operations safe, efficient, and organized.

Warehouse Team Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Lead and support the warehouse team with daily assignments and priorities.
- Operate forklifts and metal-cutting equipment as needed.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required; metal service experience preferred.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate or learn metal-cutting equipment.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
