Established, stable manufacturing operation with deep roots in the region Continued investment in facility upgrades, modernization, and new technologies Opportunity to manage large-scale capital and industrial projects that directly impact operations Exposure to advanced tools, complex systems, and cross-functional initiatives Strong community presence and commitment to supporting a skilled local workforce Collaborative culture that supports professional development and long-term career growth Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects within a heavy manufacturing environment Build and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines to align with organizational goals Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractors Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and deliver project documentation, reporting, and closeout summaries Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field 5+ years of project management experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required Strong background in capital project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management Experience working with cross-functional teams in union or non-union environments Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Engineering Industries Construction and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Engineering
