Senior Brand Manager (United States)

Our client is a well-known beverage brand from China. This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and top-of-funnel marketing metrics.
• Lead online and offline marketing campaigns. Craft the annual marketing calendar and oversee marketing budget for the U.S..
• End-to-end social media ownership: Craft localized content that resonate with our target audience in the U.S.. Launch integrated campaigns: Drive awareness through social, influence-rs, and PR activation. Work with the HQ to formulate social media marketing strategy cater to the right time and the target audience.
• Build offline activation road map: Source and manage event partners to activate brand-right pop-ups, samplings, and sponsor ships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management for food and beverage brands, ideally with experience in marketing agencies or late-stage startups.
• Entrepreneur mindset with agility to test, learn, and scale in fast-paced environments
• Team player and creativity is a must!
