Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a Mailroom Center Associate position for a Dubuque company.

Responsibilities:

• Sort mail to separate personal, departmental, and claims mail.

• Open mail and sort claims and correspondence according to departmental standards.

• Scan claims and correspondence into information system.

• Operate postage/mailing equipment.

• Box scanned claims for long-term storage.

• Mail route duties inside and outside of the building.

• Order supplies and calling vendors as needed.

• Full-Time

• 1st Shift

• Business professional environment

Wage: $15/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
