Compassionate Caregiver (Home Care – Madison County, IL) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Key Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general cleaning) Provide medication reminders (non-clinical only) Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisor or family Transport or accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving or home care experience Reliable transportation, car insurance, and valid driver’s license Must reside in Madison County, IL and be willing to travel within 30 miles of your home Applicants must be at least 18 years old Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Schedule: PRN / As-needed (no guaranteed hours) Must be available for short-notice shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to work at least 4 shifts per month, and at least 1 weekend shift per month Why Work For US? $100 Sign on bonus after working 10 shifts Paid New Hire Training Paid Continuing Education Mileage Reimbursement- When running errands for your client in your personal vehicle FREE Telehealth Medical Benefits Employee Assistance Program Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Competitive Pay/Shift differential pay for overnights/weekends NEXT DAY via Tapcheck Referral Bonus Cash-Refer others and get $300 after they complete 90 days of employment Employee Discount Program Rewards and Recognition Reliable 24/7 Office Support Career Path Opportunities Fun, Supportive, and Family-Oriented Work Environment with Awesome Coworkers! #J-18808-Ljbffr
