In addition to your competitive salary, we offer market-leading benefits and perks: * A selection of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans * 401k with 100% match up to 6%, immediately vested upon enrollment * Scholarships and paid professional development * Reimbursement Benefits (Childcare, Mental Health, Tuition & Cellphone) * Wellness Spending Account * Free catered lunch every day * $2,000 annual HRA and HSA contribution * Parental Paid Leave * Flexible Spending Account Living Generously program with 100% charitable contribution match What You'll Do * Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation. * Maintain recruiting systems, job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting data to ensure accurate reporting, timely communication, and an efficient hiring process. * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, coordinating interviews and travel logistics as needed, and delivering a positive candidate experience. * Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, assist with candidate outreach and engagement, and support the processing of offers, promotions, and transfers through accurate and timely documentation. * Manage proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives to help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Work alongside HR team to support overall people initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers. Who You Are * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2-5 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders. * Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. * Ability to travel for recruiting events. * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
