Digital Content Manager

Location: On-site in Tomball, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: The Website Designer & Social Media Manager will lead the design, development, and ongoing management of websites to ensure an engaging and visually cohesive online presence. This role places a strong emphasis on web design, functionality, and site performance while also supporting strategic social media efforts across major platforms. The ideal candidate blends creative vision with technical skill, maintaining consistent branding and messaging across both web and social channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, management, and ongoing updates of company and client websites, including layout edits, content integration, new page builds, and implementation of SEO best practices Ensure websites remain visually cohesive, functional, mobile-responsive, and aligned with brand and business objectives Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute website improvements that support marketing campaigns and user experience goals Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimizations for speed, accessibility, and search visibility Develop and manage social media strategies to support marketing goals and brand awareness for 3-5 clients Create and schedule engaging content (video, copy, curated assets) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports for social media, offering insights and actionable recommendations Manage paid social campaigns including ad creative, audience targeting, and performance monitoring Respond to community engagement and foster brand interaction across channels Qualifications: Website management and design experience (WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, or similar platforms) Knowledge of web design tools or builders; understanding of layout, UX, and responsive design 1-2+ years of experience in social media management Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts across various platforms Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite) Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in an agency setting or fast-paced creative environment PTO, Health, vision, dental insurance, and Simple IRA options available after 90 days Opportunity for growth within a collaborative, creative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
