Role Description The Automotive Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Milwaukee. This role is responsible for arranging and securing vehicle financing for customers, presenting finance and insurance options, and ensuring all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit applications, working with lending institutions to obtain approvals, explaining terms, rates, and products to customers, and maximizing dealership profitability through appropriate finance and insurance offerings. The Finance Manager collaborates closely with sales teams to support smooth transaction flow, provides clear and ethical guidance to customers, and maintains detailed records and reports to support dealership operations. The role also involves staying current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Qualifications Experience in automotive finance or a related financial services role, with strong knowledge of loan structures, interest rates, and credit evaluation. Proficiency in finance and insurance (F&I) processes, including presenting protection products, explaining contracts, and ensuring regulatory and lender compliance. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and support a positive buying experience. Solid organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and effective time management in a fast-paced retail environment. Comfort with dealership management systems and basic computer applications; ability to learn new software and lender portals quickly. Proven collaboration skills, working closely with sales teams, lenders, and internal departments to support dealership goals and customer satisfaction. High level of integrity and professionalism, with commitment to ethical practices and adherence to all legal and compliance requirements.
