LETS Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for in-person, school-based positions with one of our Pennsylvania school partners.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to school-aged students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional classroom skills
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
• Pennsylvania school clearances (e.g.,Child Abuse Clearance,Criminal Background Check,FBI Fingerprint Clearance, and others)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
