Receptionist/Front Office Specialist

Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Diversified Personnel Services (DPS) is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a well-established organization in the Fort Atkinson, WI area.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative and accounting support to help keep daily office operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
- Enter supplier invoices and verify packing slips and purchase orders.
- Record and balance daily receipts.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, invoicing, mailings, and general office support.
- Complete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with invoice processing or accounts payable is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
