Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, fluent German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, initiating first contact with potential partners and qualifying opportunities through high-volume outreach. This is a fully remote position designed for a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets, navigating conversations with confidence, and building a foundation for a successful career in international sales. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business leads. Manage a consistent pipeline of activity to ensure monthly and quarterly meeting targets are met. Communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders via phone and email. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align them with the team's solutions. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in German (written and verbal). Professional bilingual proficiency in English. Proven resilience and a high level of comfort with high-volume cold calling. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. Previous experience in B2B Tech or SaaS sales. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Formal sales training or experience in lead generation.
