• Specialty: CRNA

• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
\n
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Starting ASAC (30-45 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Shifts are 4x10's and 3x12's. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
\n
• Case Mix: General, General, Endo, and peds cases for patients ages 10+. Provider must be able to support EP labs, watchman procedures, and spinal anesthesia as well.
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
\n
• Active FL License: Required
