• Licenses: Active Florida Medical License
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
• Experience: At least 50 inpatient/consultative patient encounters in past 12 months; procedure log requirements as per facility
• Other Qualifications: Up to date CV and Lee Attestation Form required; clean background and NPDB

• Perform outpatient GI endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy.
• Note resulting pathology and coordinate follow-up with office staff.
• Provide inpatient consultative services as needed.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologist and endoscopy unit staff during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with credentialing requirements.
