• Flexible scheduling with input from Director of Women's Services
• 2 clinic shifts and 2 hospital shifts per week for work-life balance
• Call from home; 1:6 call ratio with goal of 1:8 and post-call day off
• Join a team of 4 OB-GYNs, 8 midwives, and 2 NPs in an FQHC setting
• Approximately 2,000 deliveries per year across two hospital locations
