Support Staff Available: APPs, Anesthesiologists, fully staffed surgical suites

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Colonoscopy
Endoscopy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Round on consultations and follow-ups for GI patients
Perform GI endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy
Manage inpatient GI consultations and provide ongoing care
Coordinate with support staff (APPs, anesthesiologists) and surgical teams
Document patient encounters and maintain medical records
