Production Supervisor – Night Shift

Are you the kind of leader who'd rather be on the floor than behind a desk? Do you hold your team to high standards, and hold yourself to even higher ones? We're looking for a Production Supervisor who leads by doing, not just directing.

What You'll Own

You'll run the show on night shift, keeping production on schedule, quality tight, and your team performing at their best. That means jumping in when something's off, coordinating fast with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering, and making sure every shift ends with clean handoffs and accurate records.

You're the Right Fit If You...

• Lead from the floor, not from your office
• Don't hesitate to address safety, performance, or behavior issues head-on
• Know how to coach someone up — and document when you need to
• Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Have experience in chemical, batch, or hazardous materials settings (big plus)
• Are comfortable with PSM, MOC, lockout/tagout, and permit systems

Safety isn't a checkbox here — it's the culture. You'll enforce it without exception, lead investigations, and exercise stop work authority when needed. You'll also champion quality and continuous improvement, holding the team accountable to SOPs and pushing for better every day.

Monday–Thursday nights, four 10-hour shifts. No weekends, no rotating schedule — just a consistent, predictable routine so you can plan your life outside of work too.
