Position Overview As an Installation Helper, you will assist our installers with projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full installer role over time. You’ll support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients while building valuable skills in custom cabinetry and storage installation. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of custom cabinetry and storage systems Follow Closet Factory installation processes and quality standards Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a professional attitude while working in customers’ homes Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs Use basic hand and power tools (minimum tools required) Learn and develop installation skills under guidance of experienced installers Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individual who is eager to take on new challenges and go the extra mile.
