In this role, you'll assemble high-quality components and products, ensuring they meet strict specifications and standards. What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, or detailed instructions accurately
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- A keen eye for quality control and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with testing and inspection procedures
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Capable of troubleshooting minor issues on the assembly line
What We Prefer:
- Additional experience with similar assembly roles
- Certification in safety or equipment operation (a plus, but not required)
- Flexible and dependable attitude
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work the schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday with possible OT.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
