- A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Either a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with school-aged pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong commitment to collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
In this dynamic environment, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Providing direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to students’ unique goals
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize each learner’s academic success
- Keeping clear, timely records and contributing to IEP meetings and documentation as required
- Participating in ongoing professional development and staying current with innovative practices in the field
