As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors. You will help support orderly operations while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, perimeter areas, and utility-related infrastructure to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document entries, incidents, and observations in required reports.
• Communicate observed hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
