We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Fremont, California. This 3-6 months contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter who can independently manage a high-volume workload while delivering strong talent across technical and business functions. The right candidate will bring a proactive sourcing approach, sound judgment, and the ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of openings, from intake discussions through offer stage and onboarding coordination.

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive talent across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, IT/software, and sales functions.

• Manage a large requisition load while balancing urgency, quality, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic setting.

• Partner with hiring managers to align on role needs, candidate profiles, interview plans, and timely hiring decisions.

• Improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, strengthening candidate tracking practices, and introducing more effective hiring processes.

• Use recruiting platforms and sourcing tools such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar technologies to maintain organized pipelines and build talent networks.

• Provide a strong candidate experience through clear communication, efficient coordination, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.

• Support the enhancement or implementation of applicant tracking and recruiting systems when needed as part of broader talent acquisition process improvements.

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency-supported environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring for engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, IT/software, and sales positions.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities with experience engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and perform effectively with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining organization and follow-through.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Background in process improvement, recruiting operations, or interview workflow optimization is highly valued.
