Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant

for a

100% operating room position . This opportunity offers a Monday Friday schedule, minimal call, and earning potential exceeding $200,000 annually.
Position Highlights

100% OR role

supporting cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
Monday Friday schedule.
Minimal call , with additional compensation when call is required.
Busy surgical practice with case volume-based bonus opportunities.
Required Experience

Candidates must have experience working as a practicing

Cardiothoracic OR Physician Assistant , including:
Endoscopic vein harvesting ( EVH ).
Coronary procedures.
Valvular surgery.
Aortic surgery.
Thoracic procedures.
Prior practicing CT OR PA experience is required; this position is not open to new graduates.
Compensation & Benefits

$170,000 annual base salary , with potential for a higher base depending on experience.
Twice-yearly bonuses

based on case volume.
Total annual earning potential into the $200,000s.
