Sales Manager- Elite Dermatology

Company : Pioneering dermatology manufacturer, providing first-of-it's-kind customizable prescription medication and skincare solutions to leading dermatology practices across the United States. Description: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Reps to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs across assigned regions. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow customer base, increase order volume, and maximize account performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions to drive individual development and team excellence. Own the forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory performance reporting for your region, ensuring accurate and timely insights for senior leadership. Monitor and analyze sales activity, territory performance, and conversion rates to ensure accountability and progress toward targets. Serve as a point of escalation for high-priority accounts and support strategic customer conversations, training, and retention initiatives. Identify skill gaps and training opportunities across your team, contributing to the development and rollout of sales enablement materials. Champion a culture of integrity, results, and collaboration aligned with our mission and values. Requirements: 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 2+ years managing sales teams, ideally within the dermatology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through team leadership. Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM systems, KPI management, and pipeline development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
