The Post Traumatic Mental Therapist Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. This role is vital in providing high-quality care to individuals suffering from various mental health challenges, particularly those in detox and recovery environments. As an LCSW, you will work collaboratively with clients to facilitate their healing journey, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and counseling strategies.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a comfortable workspace while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The clinic promotes a flexible work schedule, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. • Conduct thorough assessments through interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information from clients.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, evaluating and modifying them as necessary to respond to clients' changing needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral health cases, including crisis intervention and resource referrals when appropriate.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment services in accordance with clinic protocols.
\n
• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients, creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters open communication.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment activities, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends.

This role primarily focuses on clients in a detox setting, dealing with issues such as addiction, depression, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges. Our clientele represents diverse backgrounds and experiences, and as such, you will engage with individuals and families from various socioeconomic and cultural contexts. Your role will help clients navigate their mental health conditions, facilitating both short-term crisis resolutions and long-term recovery plans.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in the mental health field, particularly with individuals suffering from behavioral health issues.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions, particularly in trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatments.

• Experience providing counseling in drug dependency, family issues, grief, and relationship dynamics.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment management.

• Familiarity with community resources to support client referrals and additional care options.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a favorable salary, the LCSW role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing the overall compensation package.
