This role ensures predictable execution, proactive dependency management, and continuous evolution of ways of working. While evolving beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, this role remains deeply rooted in Agile values with coaching at its core.This position operates within a culture of agility, accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. It ensures delivery among an Agile squad(s) and drives the integration of AI-enabled practices into the delivery process. Accountable for squad delivery metrics, predictability, and throughput. FOR CHICAGO ROLES ONLY Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125,000 and $150,000 per year.
