The Delivery Owner, Associate Director is a squad-facing role and leader within the Delivery Management track of Technology & Data Delivery Enablement, enabling predictable delivery for an Agile squad(s). This role ensures predictable execution, proactive dependency management, and continuous evolution of ways of working. While evolving beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, this role remains deeply rooted in Agile values with coaching at its core.This position operates within a culture of agility, accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. It ensures delivery among an Agile squad(s) and drives the integration of AI-enabled practices into the delivery process . Accountable for squad delivery metrics, predictability, and throughput. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
