Product Owner

Supporting the product management team in a full-time capacity, the Product Owner will document user stories, manage the product backlog, and serve as a subject matter expert in market research and customer needs analysis, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for remote flexibility. Key responsibilities Document epics and write user stories for complex customers while eliciting high-level requirements through various methods Act as a liaison between the Product Management and Product Development teams to ensure business needs are met and communicated effectively Maintain prioritization of the product backlog and participate in grooming and planning sessions for new features and enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience Expert level knowledge of agile methodology Proven experience creating user stories and documenting epics Experience in performing complex analytical work through robust data models Subject Matter Expert in market research and customer needs analysis
