Client Advisory and Executive EngagementEngage directly with client stakeholders including CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, FP&A Leaders, Shared Services Heads, and CIO/IT leaders.Lead finance discovery workshops to understand current-state processes, pain points, operating models, and transformation objectives.Translate client challenges into business process improvements, technology-enabled solutions, and AI use cases.Facilitate executive discussions around finance modernization, automation, analytics, AI adoption, and operating model transformation.Act as a trusted advisor who can connect finance process knowledge with technology and business value.4. Agentic AI Finance OfferingsLead the creation of Agentic AI market offerings for Finance.Define how AI agents can support finance users by automating repetitive tasks, generating insights, recommending actions, and improving decision-making.Work with AI, data, and technology teams to design agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, governance models, and measurable business outcomes.Ensure Agentic AI offerings include appropriate controls for accuracy, auditability, explainability, compliance, and risk management.5. The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,000-$220,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
