Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple land development engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with developer clients, identifying new business opportunities and bringing in your own projects.

· Lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.

· Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

· 8–10 years of experience in Land Development

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

· Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering sector, with a focus on land development, infrastructure, and land planning.

· Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
