Senior Data Analyst, Marketing

GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to elevate the quality of analysis and decision-making within the Go-to-Market team. This role partners closely with the VP of Growth Marketing to own and enhance marketing attribution systems, analyze customer acquisition funnels, and drive the efficiency of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with GTM teams (lifecycle, performance marketing, brand & product marketing) to execute impactful campaigns, experiments, and projects
• Identify optimization and revenue growth opportunities through analysis of funnel, customer performance data, and experiments
• Own, iterate, and improve the multi-touch attribution model and channel lift-testing
• Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
• Partner with Data Platform and Analytics teams to implement analytical frameworks and testing structures across the data stack
• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale analysis and focus on high-impact initiatives
• Serve as a thought partner to go-to-market leadership on strategic customer growth

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years in a highly analytical role, with 2+ years in marketing analytics or science, ideally at a SaaS company
• Demonstrate use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, build automations, or improve workflow efficiency
• Have a strong perspective on the marketing experimentation lifecycle (hypothesis generation, experimental design, implementation, statistical analysis, A/B testing best practices)
• Possess strong working knowledge of statistics (regression, conversion rate modeling, A/B testing, media mix modeling, etc.)
• Are proficient in SQL and Python
• Have experience with data visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, Tableau (preferred)
• Are familiar with CRM and Martech tools like Iterable, Hubspot, Eppo (a plus)

Total Compensation

The starting base salary for this role is $160,000-$185,000 plus target equity and benefits. The base salary offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
