This role combines the art of recruitment with the drive of sales — perfect for someone who can sell opportunities as powerfully as they can assess talent.  This is NOT an HR position!

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.

• Source, engage, and nurture relationships with high-caliber candidates across multiple channels.

• Deliver compelling role pitches that inspire candidates to take action.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from outreach to offer acceptance.

• Apply advanced sales and negotiation techniques to overcome objections and secure top hires.

• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

• Track and report on recruitment performance metrics.

• Proven track record in recruitment/sales with measurable hiring success.

• Strong background in sales, business development, or closing high-value deals.

• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in negotiating offers and influencing candidate decisions.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
