About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy Recruitment Specialist who thrives on building relationships, influencing decisions, and closing top talent. This role combines the art of recruitment with the drive of sales — perfect for someone who can sell opportunities as powerfully as they can assess talent. This is NOT an HR position!
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Source, engage, and nurture relationships with high-caliber candidates across multiple channels.
- Deliver compelling role pitches that inspire candidates to take action.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Apply advanced sales and negotiation techniques to overcome objections and secure top hires.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in recruitment/sales with measurable hiring success.
- Strong background in sales, business development, or closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in negotiating offers and influencing candidate decisions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
