Base pay range $35.00/hr - $42.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Ultimate Staffing We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, administering employee benefits, supporting employee relations and labor negotiations, and driving HR projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment , including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background/reference checks, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to staff on benefits-related inquiries. Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and fostering positive employee engagement. Assist with labor negotiations , including preparation of materials, data analysis, and coordination with leadership. Lead and contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives . Review, update, and maintain company HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Partner with management to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
