What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned Tulsa neighborhoods door-to-door
- Start genuine conversations and build trust with homeowners
- Educate on window replacement solutions — no pressure
- Set qualified appointments and own your results
What You Earn
- $15/hour base — guaranteed
- 1% commission on every closed sale
- Weekly bonuses for hitting performance targets
