Keller Custom Windows is a new start up home enhancement firm is looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance to join the NEW KCW Leadership Mentorship Program.
With over 25 years experience in the home enhancement industry and building his company to over 25 locations and 27 million, Rob has moved to Tulsa to be close to his grandkids and continue the legacy of building successful entrepreneurs.
The LMP is a 9 month training program that takes the right candidate and trains them up in all things business…This is the heart of Rob…building people and giving God glory!
· Months 1-2 Marketing Rep training program
· Months 3-5 Territorial Marketing Leadership Program
· Months 6-9 Assistant Director of Operations LMP
· Months 10 – 12 Director of Operations LMP

Training Pay + Weekly Salary+ Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses!
Set Schedule M-F 20-25 hours with opportunities to move into Leadership roles.
- Ability to read, write and communicate very well in English, Spanish is a bonus
- Experience with new phone apps and ability to quickly practice & learn new technology
- Detail oriented to consistently follow procedures and turn in data timely
- Willingness to help and teach others and constantly improve yourself and others
- Desire to be happy and be a contagious agent of love, change and service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation…
