Branch ManagerWe are seeking a driven, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our staffing branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven background in B2B sales, recruiting, and branch operations within the staffing industry. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to exceed revenue targets, expand our client base, and build high-performing recruiting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all branch operations including recruiting, client service, and day-to-day branch managementDrive new business development through proactive B2B sales, cold calling, networking, and relationship buildingManage and grow existing client accounts while identifying upselling and expansion opportunitiesOversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of talentSet and exceed branch revenue, margin, and placement goalsCoach and develop recruiting and operations staff to achieve performance standardsEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standardsAnalyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvementRepresent the company professionally in the local business communityRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in the staffing industry or HR, serving as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership roleProven success in B2B sales and new client acquisitionStrong experience in full-cycle recruiting and workforce placementAbility to manage branch performance, budgets, and key operational metricsValid driver's license and reliable transportationKey Skills for SuccessHunter mentality with a strong focus on acquiring new clientsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsHigh energy, self-directed, and results-drivenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesLeadership skills with the ability to set expectations and drive accountabilityGoal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
