You will work closely with business development, product, and go-to-market teams as counsel on strategic partnership deals across a variety of products, including Appstore distribution deals with major app developers, Fire TV integration deals with third-party device manufacturers, and inbound technology transactions for other Amazon products (such as e-Readers, Tablets, and Alexa products). You will structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements, and counsel internal clients on various legal issues related to business operations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
