Inventory Coordinator- Day Shift | Climate-Controlled Facility | Growth Opportunities

As an Inventory Coordinator , you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring parts, supplies, and materials are accurately tracked, stored, and distributed. What You'll Do

• Receive and verify incoming inventory, parts, and supplies
• Process internal requests and issue materials accurately and efficiently
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
• Use barcode scanners to locate, track, and manage inventory
• Update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
• Inspect received materials for quality and accuracy
• Repackage, label, and organize inventory for efficient storage
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
• Oracle or other ERP/inventory management systems
• Receiving, inspection, shipping, or material handling experience

Work Environment

• Monday-Friday schedule - 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Climate-controlled facility

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cooper City, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
