Los empleados trabajan en una instalación de vanguardia en la sede de la compañía en Kansas City, MO. Responsabilidades Diagnosticar fallas en máquinas o equipos y coordinar con el mantenimiento según sea necesario. Asegurar la documentación y el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de seguridad, certificaciones de soldadura y protocolos de aseguramiento de calidad. Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería, aseguramiento de calidad y planificación de producción para resolver problemas de fabricación o mejorar diseños para la manufacturabilidad. Demostrar liderazgo en adherirse y promover todos los procedimientos de seguridad y medio ambiente, incluidos los de eliminación de desechos peligrosos. Actuar como experto en la materia durante auditorías, sesiones de capacitación y lanzamientos de proyectos. Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada y apoyar los principios de 5S y manufactura esbelta. Calificaciones Capacidad demostrada en soldadura TIG y GMAW con tolerancias estrictas, interpretación de planos complejos, mentoría a otros, comprensión de códigos de soldadura y regulaciones de seguridad, y mejora de procesos. Experiencia con métodos de inspección de soldadura y habilidades básicas en computación. Certificación AWS. Experiencia en soldadura en automotriz o manufactura.
