Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects within our organization. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

- Conduct project meetings and facilitate communication between team members

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote effective project execution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Experience with budget management and financial analysis

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- PMP certification is a plus
