Caramel is a remote (USA only) workplace headquartered in Los Angeles, California.Position Summary:As an DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including:Having 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to multi-state complianceUnderstanding and following all work rules and procedures and following lawful directions from SupervisorsMaintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiencyUpholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsOther duties* as assigned.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of Activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
