Project Manager/Test Lead

Our client, a leader in enterprise transformation, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager / Test Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager / Test Lead, you will be an integral part of the enterprise systems support team, contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex projects and testing activities, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across multiple SaaS platforms.

Job Title: Project Manager / Test Lead

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Remote work available)

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Lead test planning, execution, and coordination for enterprise SaaS platforms such as Coupa, Concur, and Beeline.
• Drive regression testing efforts, refining existing test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and validate integration points across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure system readiness for deployment and ongoing operations.
• Support boundary system and integration management by identifying dependencies and potential risks.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Test Lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience managing workstreams within large transformation programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across technical and business teams.
