- Provide expert instruction, ensuring safety and proper technique
- Mentor and motivate young gymnasts, fostering confidence and growth
- Communicate progress updates to students and parents
- Contribute to program development and team success
- History of coaching competitive gymnastics
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to create a positive and structured training environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically able to spot athletes and stay active throughout coaching sessions
