• Compensation: Listed pay of $25-$80 to $per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCCA , NCSF, ACSM and AFAA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. 
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

• Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
