Responsibilities: Area Sales Manager Medical Device / Capital Equipment Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote with regional travel (60%) We are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to generate revenue, expand market presence, and execute proven sales strategies within an assigned geographic territory. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the territory
• Generate leads through in-person and phone-based cold calling
• Present products, answer customer questions, and demonstrate features and pricing
• Attend industry conventions and represent the company professionally
• Move prospects through the full sales cycle and close deals
• Create and close emotional sales opportunities
• Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
• Overcome objections and convert them into sales
• Perform product demonstrations
• Utilize all available resourcesincluding reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnelto achieve short- and long-term goals
• Cross-sell additional products
• Collaborate with sales representatives inside and outside the territory to share best practices and support group sales goals
• Provide timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reports via CRM (Salesforce)
• Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians
• Assist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals and provide mentorship as needed
• Carry and manage a seven-figure sales quota

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment

This is a remote role requiring regular use of standard office equipment

Compensation: Competitive pay ($70,000$75,000/year)
