Dependent upon experience, this position has base income potential of $60,000 – $210,000 per year plus commission. Signing bonuses do apply. Position Summary Full‑time Financial Services Representative (Universal Banker) to service customers at our Fort Collins Remington branch. Originates and closes secured real estate loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential real estate customers, real estate agents and other financial institutions. Maximizes customer relationships through cross‑sales and relationship building. This role requires an individual who is outgoing and motivated to make connections in the real estate market, create centers of influence, and generate referrals that lead to closed loans. Proven ability to generate loans and close them efficiently and according to bank policy. Ability to travel the Prescott, AZ area to meet with customers and develop relationships. Role Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university in a field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics. Experience: 4‑5 years related sales/originating experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
