Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel) position in Sonora, CA. Start date: 08/17/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,900–$2,020 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Work in an acute care/ICU environment supporting critically ill patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a travel - temporary assignment with an inpatient care focus.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor changes and adjust plans as needed
- Administer medications and therapies; monitor patient responses and manage equipment in the ICU
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to maintain patient safety and quality outcomes
- Document patient status accurately and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team

Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- ICU experience of 1+ year preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
