About the Role

As a Director of Nursing , you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Your leadership and expertise will enable our team to provide comprehensive care that focuses on patients' unique needs, promoting their health, independence, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, aligning with the organization's mission and vision
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning among nursing staff
• Recruit, retain, and develop a talented nursing team, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and effective problem-solving
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and staff engagement
