Competitive hourly pay at $214.50/hour with weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible, 24-hour in-house shifts providing work-life balance Opportunity to work at a leading facility providing high-quality OB/GYN care in Rowlett, TX Quick Facts: Location: 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088 Start Date: 07/23/2026 Duration: Ongoing per diem assignment Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: Variable based on shift schedule Employment Type: Per diem Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas medical license, board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN or related specialty Experience: Preferred 1 years in obstetric or hospitalist roles Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries Conduct inpatient care, see unassigned patients, and provide private call coverage Manage OB floor and ER consults for GYN emergencies Assist with Cesarean sections and fetal monitoring Respond to emergency labor and delivery scenarios in a Level III facility Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists for high-risk pregnancies Support anesthesiology services as needed for obstetric cases What You Need: Valid Texas medical license and current board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN Experience in obstetrics, hospitalist care, or related fields (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong clinical skills in OB triage, deliveries, and emergent obstetric situations Ability to work 24-hour shifts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team at a leading hospital in Rowlett, TX, providing exceptional obstetric and gynecological care.
