The Emergency Medicine Department delivers around-the-clock care from trained, board-certified emergency physicians. Our facilities are staffed with critical care-trained nursing personnel who hold ACLS and PALS certifications.

Emergency services at our locations encompass immediate treatment for medical or surgical emergencies, initiation of life-saving procedures in various urgent situations, and care for chronic medical conditions as well as minor illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

• The physician will provide treatment to patients in the Emergency Room, ensuring accurate injury management and disease diagnosis.
• Must assess a range of acuity levels, think critically, and act swiftly to formulate a preliminary diagnosis and determine the best treatment plan.
• Work collaboratively with other providers and emergency staff members as part of a cohesive team.
• We prioritize physician wellness, maintaining staffing ratios of generally fewer than two patients per hour.
• This position is Regular - Full Time.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Must be eligible for a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
